Victory is present not hidden.
A vessel of JESUS is the most powerful force upon the earth, yet some profess the limitation of Flesh identity also known as what humanity proclaims. The power of a vessel is present not lost or something that needs to be found.
A vessel is a god (JOHN 10:34) to include more than a conquer (ROMANS 8:37). A vessel of JESUS has access to the power of Heaven which is the Power of GOD which grants the power to bind and loose anything. (MATTHEW 18:18)
A vessel does need to obtain victory. They consist of Victory. The expression that refers to the identity of what a person outside of the Kingdom would make is not truth. This why the disciples could not cast ot a devil within a person. (MATTHEW 17:19-+20)
